ACT Radar is an AI-powered ACT exam preparation platform that provides:

User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Use the Service to compete with ACT Radar or create derivative services

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of ACT Radar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and algorithms, are owned by ACT Radar or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ACT Radar (such as practice test results, study notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve our Service.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ACT Radar for your personal, non-commercial ACT preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Update features, algorithms, or content without prior notice

Disclaimer of Warranties

ACT Radar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of predictions or recommendations
• That your ACT score will improve as a result of using our Service

ACT Radar's predictions and recommendations are based on data analysis and AI algorithms and should not be considered guarantees of actual exam content or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACT Radar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACT Radar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ACT Radar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes
• Providing in-app notifications

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability
